If I remember correctly, I believe it starts on an E (for C-Pitched instruments), and I'm assuming it's in the key of C, but I remember accidentals for some reason, so I could be wrong.

And for composition, I use Finale, but its really expensive. You could download their limited version "Finale Notepad", but it doesn't have all the instruments of a marching band, and key/time signature changes mid-song aren't supported (to my knowledge). Otherwise, its a good little program.

Unfortunately, I don't have the music for D-Code. However, if you tell me what game it's in so I can track down a machine with it (or come up with some other way I can listen to it), I'll tell you the key and transcribe the first few notes.

(Whoever thought that perfect pitch would be so useful outside the music world? LOL.)

Max 300 has a pretty good bassline...

I think I'll arrange it for the hell of it. XD

EDIT: Here's the beginning:

That isn't Max 300's bassline. The beginning of it is just a series of 16ths at 150 BPM that go like this:

D# F F F F F F F

Once that stops, it's a D# every fourth note instead of eighth.

Oh yeah...

Our pre-game show, the beginning sounds similar to Macho Gang, and around the same speed.

Which is awesome because I need to practice my high-step jog.

190beats a minute is RIDICULOUS for a marching band.

shit, we played Accidently In Love, and it was too fast.

You're Not Here is somewhat fast, if i remember.

Heh, our show this year has a song of 208 BMP. Really exausting...

But the problem with Max 300 and most Max songs is the lack (or it not being obvious) of a distinct melody/harmony. It sounds too linear for a marching band...

Save Max 300 for the fucking drumline and spice it up.

Orchestral, but wait for the end when it gets all funky. Should've seen my brother dancing to it. :3

Pandemonium for the drumline and pit/halftime.

Healing Vision Angelic for the drumline.

Long Train Running, not entirely DDR original though.

Absolute.

Nageki No Ki. Run in circles around the soloist!

Kanaria.

Sa-Da-Me.

Kind Lady (Company Edit).
