IIDX is actually confirmed for the most part. If it's anywhere terrible like last year, I won't bother playing on it.

i didn't think it was bad last year

of course i was nowhere near a normal state of mind when i played on it haha

haha. the screen was really bad. it had so much discoloration, timing lag etc, that I just could not enjoy playing on it even if it was a IIDX machine.

all i noticed was that the machine was so loud it felt like i was being lightly slapped

Timing lag? Discoloration? What machine were you playing on? The only problem I noticed was the coin chute kept jamming.

I have heard nothing about IIDX being 'confirmed'. Most recent news (yesterday?) someone was trying to get us a more recent kit, so it would actually be worth the huge pain in the ass to haul it to Chicago and unload it. But if the machine is garbage and sucks balls, I don't see the point in bringing it regardless of the kit, right~

Not a single person last year mentioned anything to me nor phorrest about the quality of the machine. The coin mech kept getting jammed with shitty bent quarters, and Dewgy threw up next to it. That's it.
