DDR Supernova 2 Challenge 2007

MECHANICS: GAME MECHANICS: (1) The competition is open to all ages, both male and female. (2) Contestants must join any weekly elimination rounds to be held in 13 participating Timezone branches every Saturday from September 22 to October 20 at 1 PM to 6 PM. (3) Each contestant shall pay a joining fee of P 50.00 and will get one (1) special DDR Powercard loaded with 2 yellow swiper games and 1 DDR Supernova game to join the competition. (4) During the elimination rounds, two(2) contestants will play or dance simultaneously in 3 Dance Dance Supernova songs to be determined only by the Timezone personnel (Center Manager or Center Supervisor). If there is a machine error, the game will be automatically reset by the attending staff. If both players do not have a score, they will compete for another round. Should there be any malfunction in the machine or any form of delay, Timezone center personnel will have to start the game again. (5) Contestants can play and join the competition as many times they want to and beat his/her highest scores from previous rounds. (6) The official scores of each contestant will be posted in participating Timezone centers after each weekly elimination rounds. (7) The TOP 2 highest scorers from each Timezone branch for the elimination rounds (all 5 Saturdays) will be the official representatives for the particular branch to compete in the Grand Finals which will be held at the Market!Market! Activity Center on October 26, 2 to 6PM. (8) Contestants can compete in any of the participating Timezone branches but will only be declared as one of the TOP 2 highest scorers in one particular branch. (9) Employees of Timezone, its subsidiaries and event partners including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the competition.

PARTICIPATING OUTLETS: 13 Timezone stores: Glorietta 4, Greenbelt 3, Alabang Town Center TZ Active, Greenhills Theatre Mall, SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia Arena, SM San Lazaro, Gateway Cinemas, Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Metro East, Robinsons Lipa, TriNoma Mall and Ayala Center Cebu Main.

PRIZES AT STAKE FOR THE ELIMINATION ROUND: Top 2 highest scorers from each Timezone branch will each receive P2,000 worth of Timezone Gift Certificate, T Shirt and a Timezone gift pack. PRIZES AT STAKE FOR THE GRAND FINALS: The Champion will receive a Sony Digital Camera (6 megapixels), P3,000 worth of EGC, P3,000 worth of Timezone Gift Certificate and a Trophy. The 1st runner up will receive an I-pod Shuffle (1GB), P2,000 worth of EGC, P2,000 worth of Timezone Gift Certificate and a Trophy. The 2nd runner up will receive an MP4 (1GB), P1,500 worth of EGC, P1,500 worth of Timezone Gift Certificate and a Trophy. A P2,000 each worth of Timezone Gift Certificate will be given as Consolation Prizes.

Uhh... this already ended. A lot of people in the Pinoy Bemanistyle Thread actually went to watch the finals/participated in the tournament.
