I'm sorry for posting about this last minute, but here it goes:
Format: Tournament. I have no clue as to how the scoring goes, though.
Description (from website): "DDR is back and better than ever! Record-A-Hit Entertainment will conduct this program, providing a professional DJ sound system and commercial DDR pads. Participants will compete for the highest scores and prizes will be awarded. Registration is required."
Eligibility: Open to teenagers in Grades 6-12. If you are a year or two over, admit your age, and beg to get in as Grade 12, they will probably let you. (Yes, they let me in, and I explained that even though I just turned 20, I really wanted to do this because I loved DDR. They signed me up as Grade 12.)
Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
Location: Meeting Room, Vernon Area Public Library
Warm-Up Areas: None (currently). I am going to talk to the coordinator of the event on Monday afternoon and ask if I can set up a warm-up stage with my computer (StepMania) and my two soft pads (with hard foam inserts).
