Here you will find puzzles (I hope) for you to solve, and to cooperate, try sending
another puzzle when answering. Start!
- 2 fathers and 2 sons have 3 oranges. They each ate exactly 1 full orange,
¿How can this be possible?
- You have 2 containers with irregular shapes (meaning you have no way of measuring em). The first one can hold 5 galons of water while the second one
can hold only 3. You need to have exactly 4 galons. You have an infinite source
of water, so you can fill the containers and empty them on the other one, or
just throw away the water. When loading from the source, or the other
container, you must always fill the container to the top.
Example:
Fill big container, empty big on small.
So:
Big will have 2 galons.
Small will have 3 galons.
And so on.
Cmon try it hehe. I want challenges too pls.

Empty the 3 gallon so there's nothing in there, pour the remaining 2 gallons from the 5 gallon container into the 3 gallon jug. Now, refill the 5 gallon container and pour 1 gallon from the 5 gallon to the 3 gallon so the 3 gallon container goes from 2 to 3 gallons. There will be 4 gallons in the 5 gallon jug. Easy.
These threads have already been done and haven't done too hot. | |

Forgive the pun, but that exact riddle was in "Die Hard 3" with Sam Jackson and Bruce Willis.

Depending on how the slices are arranged the half square is either above or below the of the triangle. If it is above like in the second example, then you get the hole in the main body. Try copying the picture and draw a straight line from corner to corner you will notice that it doesn't follow the edge of the triangle exactly. (And no, I didn't look this up. It was just easy to solve.)

Reason: I left out the area of the pieces.

3 people can eat 3 Fish in 3 days.
How long does it take 5 people to eat 5 fish?
Assume everyone eats at the same speed, and fish are all exactly the same size.
Retardedly easy one:
It takes 1 man 1 day to dig 1 hole.
How long does it take 2 men to dig half a hole?

Here's another one....
While some months have just 30 days, others have 31 days. How many months have 28 days?
Okay, one more...
How much dirt is in a hole that is 3 ft deep, and 6 inches in diameter?
Nah, here's another one...
What is the only word in the English language that ends in mt?

Make sure you read it carefully, and absorb all the facts, or else your brain will explode.
Okay, here's the riddle...
Three friends check into a motel for the night and the clerk tells them the bill is $30, payable in advance. So, they each pay the clerk $10 and go to their room. A few minutes later, the clerk realizes he has made an error and overcharged the trio by $5. He asks the bellhop to return $5 to the 3 friends who had just checked in. The bellhop sees this as an opportunity to make $2 as he reasons that the three friends would have a tough time dividing $5 evenly among them; so he decides to tell them that the clerk made a mistake of only $3, giving a dollar back to each of the friends. He pockets the leftover $2 and goes home for the day! Now, each of the three friends gets a dollar back, thus they each paid $9 for the room which is a total of $27 for the night. We know the bellhop pocketed $2 and adding that to the $27, you get $29, not $30 which was originally spent. Where did the other dollar go????
<insert twilight zone music here>
Can you figure it out? | |

The grammar involved in this, a thread for "smart ppl" makes me want to puke.
