Plus, it's a sentencing by a Baghdad court, not the U.S. Supremacy Court. I question the legitimacy of this info as well, even from a source such as BBC. It would make no difference; some guy could kill half of the population of the world and there would still be people saying that he shouldn't get the death penalty.

Keep in mind I'm not arguing his guilt. Only the cirumstances under which he was found guilty. | |

If we did it, the trial would seem more illegiatmate, if it was tried in Iraq. So it really was a lose-lose siutation unless it was tried in the UN courts or something like that.
