Are Des-ROw and D-crew the same band?

I tried to find information on D-crew, especially on their song 'mugen kidou', and I've found nothing, but I did find some japanese site talking about them both... I assumed it was probably over a song with them together, but I dunno. so if anyone knows anything a bout D-crew... or Des-ROW being D-crew.. please enlighten me, because I'm SO confused.
