What mindset do you normally have about this? Has it ever been extremely unlucky for you? (I can't really remember the years....)
October 13th 2005 (missed my dad's birthday)
September 13th 2006 (car accident and my dog died)
Yesterday....(first time I've been sick with 102*F+ in about a year and a half)

I've had 3 bdays on october friday the 13th . Each one of them was bad in the sense that nothing happened and it was boring as fuck.

Good things as well as bad things can happen on Friday the 13th. It just depends on the person and whether he/she believes and stuff........
In my case though, I guess I don't care either and nothing bad happened to me that day I think. However I did witness some bad luck when I was watching a dude playing DDR X. He was playing his last stage and he wanted to get the Saber Wing extra stage so he decided to pick Random. Unfortunately, instead of being given an easy one, what happened was that the song that was given to him was "Healing D Vision" expert.

Interestingly
For all you superstitious peeps out there, there will be another Friday the 13th in March of this year. So if you believe in bad luck on this day, then go give it a shot. :lol
P.S.
Though personally, I don't believe in the bad luck that Friday the 13th brings unless if it brings about physical injury and/or worse death.

Here's more reasons why I hate Friday the 13th now!
My friends had cards yesterday at school, yet right before I could play them they were taken away by the security guard who said, "This is potential for gambling and is prohibited...blah blah blah" We were just playing UNO! The person who brought them even played with the teacher that last period before they were taken at lunch.
Next, my mom dropped an egg, which she hasn't done in like 5 years.
Then, my stepdad, who always drives without a seatbeat, somehow got a ticket for it yesterday out of all days.
Another thing, my day was extremely crappy at school. My teachers piled me with homework, my second period teacher was being a bitch, I wrote the wrong problem on the board and even mixed it with another so I was embarassed, and I got out in 4-square (I play it, who doesn't?) 3 times in really odd ways that seldom happen.
Lastly, I can't fucking play my DDR games anymore because, after about 10 long years, my PS2* stopped reading my games yesterday and gave me a "No Data" error which I cannot fix.
