Seriously, though. Why does it HAVE to have some sort of balance mechanism? Does it make it more efficient? More cost effective? Probably not. It's just some pet project.

Quit playing us, GM. Drop the prices, lower the weight, stop using personal jet planes to pick up the daily newspaper, and get on with our lives.

Mechanically, as far as I can tell, this is an XL version of a Segway. Segways don't really sell to the general public, so I don't really see how this will.

Especially on that (like the general public even realizes the real mileage that these things give).

Though regardless, I still hope they won't fully sink as I do like a 'few' of their products (esp. Corvette C6 family and the new Camaro).
