all for allowing private citizens to own assault rifles (i'm not a fan of gun control but Jim-Bob Jones doesn't need an AK)

people have mentioned before that he wants to dissolve the department of education altogether; i haven't seen this anywhere but his views on education are confusing (he wants to make home-schooled diplomas equal to public/private which is fine and dandy, but he also wants them to have no regulation which is really the only way that one could be sure that such a diploma really IS equal)

his writings about racism seem more like he wants to do away with affirmative action than anything else

he seems pretty pro-life which is pretty dumb; it's been shown in the past that when you outlaw abortions people still get them, they just get them from unreliable clinics and oftentimes the complications that arise from them causes irreparable damage to the mother (i include death as irreparable damage)

he's against the national ID and honestly, as orwellian as it can turn out, i don't see a huge problem with it. it could even be beneficial to, you know, have a standardized ID that is recognized throughout the country? i travel a good amount and it's pretty irritating when you are in a different state and police/store attendants/bankers/anyone that wants to see your ID looks at you warily because they don't know what your ID is supposed to look like (even worse when they deny you service because of it)

he loves gettin' all down and dirty with his main man JC every sunday, and isn't afraid to love that man (i'm sure he is against gay rights though~)

I kind of feel as though my rights to use the internet have been jeopardized here, but I'm all for the removal of pedophiles and CP from the net. It doesn't seem like a loss to me.

As for loli -- you guys have to ADMIT that there are people out there obsessed with that shit, and, well... being attracted to 14 year old girls is creepy at best.

Why be attracted to them when there is a whole spectrum of hentai media devoted to legal aged schoolgirls? You know, college students and such. If they came out and banned that, I'd feel a bit violated rights-wise. I mean, it's legal to look at actual pictures of real girls that age (not to mention have sexual contact with them)... so I can't see how they could ban drawings depicting people like that.
