Hey all! I've been surfing for a new forum to join, and came across this one, I'll look around here

Well, obviously from my name you can see one hobby of mine :p

Well I've been playing DDR since I first ripped some game onto the PS1, and Dreamcast (Japanese versions) I recently bought DDR Universe 3 for the Xbox 360, and was highly disappointed with both the song choice, and mat. I just use the 360 pad now, I cant use that.... thing.

Other than Jumpstyle I like, Trance, Acid House, Hardcore, Happy hardcore, Punk, and Classical.

Thats all I can think of, if you want to know anything, just ask!

Hello everyone, I'm a bit new around here. I was referred by Ashcat, one of my best friends ever.

The name's Yume, Yume Kasugeri. Age 18 *soon to be 19 this May*, and a proud soon-to-be mother! (Yeah, I'm having a baby, she will be due sometime this July.)

I'm not too big on the Pop N' Music, but I really like Taiko no Tatsujin, especially the two DS ones that came out a while back.

As for other games, I'm a big fan of Shooting Star Rockman and Street Fighter.

My favorite manga comic series is Hokuto no Ken (Fist of the North Star), by the way.

I forgot to make an introduction about myself. Btw, I am John Jorell as my user name reflects in the BMS. I'm 18 years of age, male gender, living in the Philippines and have been playing DDR since 1999 to 2001 but had a hiatus for 4 years and came back playing 2005 until today. I'm also trying my skills in playing beatmania series (especially the IIDX series) so I tried playing Lunatic Rave 2 and BePachi Music and for DDR, I play StepMania frequently.

Hey all, I just joined here after a nudge from the "I play DDR/ITG/PIU/SM" group on FaceBook. I started playing DDR back in 2001, when one of my high school friends had imported DDR 3rd mix for ps1(everybody loves the mod chip!). Started SM in 2004, PIU in 2007. I'm not in the shape I once was, so I really can't reach much higher than 6 foot (ddr)/lvl 5(piu)/lvl 8 (ITG). I've been working on a couple of sm simfiles over the years for s***s and giggles, and I'll get around to posting them when I finally finish them. I swear, I never finish things. I'm amazed I got through college . . . *headdesk*

In a spat of shameless self-promotion, I'm on staff at Anime Detour, where I help with the website and operations. I usually provide gaming stuffs for the gaming department, and I'm bringing my ddr/itg games this year. I'm known on the AD forums as ddrfr33k. Drop me a line if you ever go.

That's enough rambling from me, I hope to be a vibrant part of the community.

Anyway, I'm stickyfeetzero. I also go by _____Cait on other websites or if I play a game online. I play DDR and IIDX Bemani-wise. Kinda taking a break from IIDX.

Hello everyone. I finally decided to join this site after what seems forever. Im not very good at introduction but here's a little introduction.

I started playing music related game when i purchased DDR Ultramix 3 in 2005. I got hooked on it ever since i played my first song on there.

I like to make music in my spare time. My styles are any thing thats club type from techno to trance or sometimes hardcore. I also make simfiles.

Hello, you can call me Pointless.
I discovered IIDX in Timezone's Glorietta 4 arcade in the Philippines, my first song was RED ZONE and it was in beginner mode > >;
I liked Beatmania's layout styles and songs so I decided to get a KOC and a CS version of beatmaniaIIDX14 GOLD from play-asia.
As of now, I can clear some level 10 songs, most 8 songs, and can clear all level 7 songs and below.
I'm getting poor performance with my KOC mostly because of the darn STICKY KEYS.
I'd like to find a tutorial that has pictures on how to remove the sticky keys, or a detailed guide on how to. Because the pictures on the Comprehensive IIDX FAQ don't appear. Hence me having to play with the sticky keys. Oh well.

Heh, I've been here for quite some time and I haven't introduced myself yet.

I'm Tyler. I got into Bemani back in 2003 with DDR MAX2. I didn't even hear about IIDX, Pump, Pop'n, etc, until a couple years ago, when I started working at an arcade with IIDX Red (a crappy one at that). Fed up with the crappy, locked Red cab, I decided to get Beatmania US (which I picked up from Amazon for $15!) I was hooked. Since then, I've imported DistorteD, GOLD, and DJTROOPERS. I've also gotten into Pop'n, but arcade only for now.

Aside from Bemani, I'm a college student studying to be a mechanical engineer at the University of Nevada, Reno. I really need to spend more time with the Reno Bemani scene, but I'm just so busy with classes and work, I barely have enough time for myself.

Hello. I'm Outer Force. I discovered the whole bemani scene (I only knew a little about DDR at the time) when I watched a video of Arch0wl AAA'ing Quasar Rate 1.5, as well as videos of other super pros. I thought bemani games were worth checking out and I discovered FFR around the summer of 2006 and got hooked. I started off as an one-handed player then I switched to four fingers and then to spread. I played FFR and Stepmania casually and was a mediocre player (I was close to AA'ing Skor's Emerald Sword). Back then I wasn't very involved in the bemani scene but now I'm back for fun and wish to go deeper than before. I lost much of the minuscule amount of skill I had and I'm using index now. I think this website is one of the top 5 sites for all players of bemani games. I hope to share a pleasurable experience with everyone.

Hello, I'm rather new here. I've been a long-time gamer and arcade collector and have a bit of interest in IIDX and Pop'n. I'm primarily a shmups player, honestly. I was referred here by a friend in passing after we attended the TGA auction last week, an unfortunately depressing affair, though it did seem like there was quite a community there that I never got a real chance to meet.

Really, I'll probably be mostly lurking.
