Since some ppl were posting their weird dreams on the experiments thread, Ive
decided to make this other thread so the other one doesnt go off topic.

I have some nonsense dreams, I once was a cactus in the middle of the street.

One dream that causes lots of confusion:
I dream that I wake up and go to school and then... poof! Im back at bed...
I start changing to go to school and then I wake up again, the dream was
just going on and Im back at bed again with my dad telling me that Im late for
school.

oh wait, I have dreams where I am falling, and I feel it, and I twitch in my sleep..

I once dreamed that I put my PIU quarters in a film canister. Then when I woke up I started tearing through my room. After 30 minutes I realized that it was just a dream.

Another time I was dreaming of teaching a group of little kids on how to matrix walk on the DDR machine. Good thing it was just a dream I don’t think I could pay for that kind of damage.

I’ve had a few cosplay dreams but then again I cosplay sometimes so it’s normal.

I don't remember any specific dreams, I do remember having dreams that were so scary I would wake up gasping for air.

I generally only remember nightmares. My most vivid one is still referred to as "That time I got possessed".

So, I'm laying in bed, in my room, which is exactly like it is in my house. Keep in mind most people, when they dream, have things that are out of place; one room leads to somewhere entirely different, the layout is altered, time shifts inconsistently, etc. This was not the case. It was about 230am on my clock (I was facing the clock both in my dream and in reality). My dad had just gone downstairs to go to bed after talking to my stepmom. This was before she had her transplant, but she still has to sleep upstairs in the room next to me. And yes, these are important details; first, it shows that even the little things like my dad checking on my stepmom were there, plus my mind processed that she was even still in the room next to me, as opposed to sleeping downstairs when she was able.

Anyways, I'm laying in bed and I feel something lift my right leg up, till it's at a 30 or 40 degree angle. Then, it gets thrown down, and I feel something pushing on my chest. I can barely breathe, and when I try calling for help, I can barely make out a low whimper. No one could hear it. The only odd detail was that I started hearing IMs go off from my computer (I keep it running 24/7), and knew for some reason it was whoever/whatever was trying to possess me, telling me not to fight it and it had already won.

I woke up right about then, and my clock was still at about 230am, my door was open just like in the dream, etc. First thing I did, I shot up, turned on the light, and curled up in my bed. I fell back asleep, but since then, I can't sleep with a door closed in my room.

It's made me fucking paranoid. I literally am scared shitless all the time, because I constantly think I see apparations and other spirits all around me. Maybe I do.

I have veeerrryyy weird dreams.
Once I dreamt of running from big falling rocks. Something from a Super Mario game...
Then, I dreamt of a vortex that sucked in everything...including me.
Right now, it's 10:19 PM. If I talk more about this, I'm likely to tell you another weird dream.

I'm not going to go in great detail about it, but I had Anton LaVey chase me down a sidewalk while steaming hot bags of El Pollo Loco were coming downhill on skateboards. Eventually, I met the Riddler in front of a cigar shop and the dream ended.

the only dream i really ever remembered was when i played counterstrike for a whole day then when i slept i dreamt of de_dust and cs_office at the same time.

I had a dream where I was driving a car down some highway and I stopped at this gas station. When I went inside it was empty except this one frog on the counter. I touched it and it exploded and I woke up. Weird.

I've had maybe 1 or 2 of those ever, they're messed up. Having dreams of having sex is the best though. I don't really think about it while going to bed, sometimes they just...happen.

since starcore was talking about that kinda wierd dream, lol in my family, they are ENDLESS... an example being like in my old house, i once had a dream that i was sleeping normaly like how i was sleeping in reality, and then the lights outside my roomturned off, my room door opened, the lights turned off and the door closed. and nothing had come in (well in my dream at least lol) and then that was it for a while n i woke up... BUT thats nothign to be afraid of... wat u gota b afraid of is that EVER SINCE THAT DREAM i heard a deep, heavy, breathing next to my ear ever since i had that dream, next to my ear. and it was fucking scary man like i became scared of the dark like seriously... lol really bad i had to leave my room light on for like years after i got over that phobia lol and every night i would hear the breathing lol.

Do any of you dream in third-person? Almost like a GTA view?
OMG it is so freaking weird.
Was dreaming like that for a while, I don't really remember what I was doing, but, it was weird as all hell.
It made me wonder, WHO is looking at ME?

About nightmares...

I don't really have those that much anymore. I think as the mind matures, it realizes the boundaries between fact, fiction, real, and diabolically crazy. And your mind starts dreaming about what ifs.

But I remember a certain nightmare from when I was maybe, 10? 9? And I would be in bed, my door was closed, and I would hear strange noises coming from the other side. So I get up and walk down the hallway, into our family room, and see nothing. So I go sit down on the couch, and close my eyes. As soon as I open them, this apparition or something(I don't quite remember) comes up in my face, and yells AS LOUD AS HELL. My vision got blurry, and I reappeared in my room with everything still vibrating from the sound. I would be in the dream another two seconds and wake up, with that yelling noise still ringing in my ears. And I would not forget that sound for the rest of the day.

I've had others that I know were worse, but I don't remember them and I'm reluctant to ask for a "replay"

I remember those.

I don't dream anything really anymore.
Other than work related stuff, I just go to sleep, and wake up.

It sucks.

I want to dream something funny, or interesting.
Like one that I had just recently...
But I had fainted, and dreamt that.
So there's a difference. Right?

I had a dream that I switched bodies with my roommate.

And being the weirdo he is, he used my own body to seduce me (in his body)

It gets really confusing and just plain weird after that.

Which is why I should eat a salad before bedtime, ever again.
