Yeah, I think your body builds a tolerance to painkillers the more you take them, then it keeps taking more and more and more to get your feel-good fix

That doubled with sleep-aids is a killer combination, as we've seen plenty of times.

Yesterday, when the Simpsons was on, they showed the old "Do The Bartman" music video since Michael Jackson wrote the song. Sadly, they didn't show the episode where MJ guest voiced.

thriller was so f'ing awesome. what an amazing dancer. I just wish they had done a less awkward job with how they pieced the sections of the music together in that video.

My younger sister took a little bit of time and dedication to be able to mimic the dance moves in the video and do it without watching it, she's pretty heartbroken over his death (and she's only 14)

My mother also happens to have an original vinyl album, which has probably made its way out of the attic and in to a display case.

This kind of thing pisses me off

How people can be so immoral (?) that they see death only as a way to make money is beyond me.

My mom was searching for her old Michael Jackson stuff yesterday. She couldn't find her albums, yet we fouund her old cassette tape and we played it for like the whole day. It had all the goods.

He shoulda waited like ten years. By then that wouldn't sound as unreasonable.

I highly doubt that's the original factory seal on that package. It probably doesn't even have the Moonwalker game in it, but anybody crazy enough to buy it would never open it to find out so they'd never know. It probably has a copy of Altered Beast in it or something.

One of these days, I'm going to learn the "Beat It" and "Smooth Criminal" dances. The latter will definitely be the harder one, with that anti-gravity lean and the spins. The upside is that it looks significantly less flamboyant than the "reverse wing flaps" in Beat It.

That said... I wish I could have been on Guild Wars right after MJ's death. Female Necromancers do the dance from "Thriller," and male Paragons do the "Beat It" dance. Male Assassins also throw in the moonwalk, but that's only a part of their otherwise non-MJ dance routine. I'm picturing dozens of players in a synchronized dance group.

I never got passed the level where u go dragon...Altered Beast used to be thrilling to play in two players...

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a Micheal Jackson's Moonwalker Add-On on the Sonic's Genesis Collection game....

Awesome. On Sunday, they showed the episode, & yet didn't have the "In Memory of Michael Jackson" picture that was shown after the "Do The Bartman" video.

His funeral was kind of sad for me, and it made the women in my family cry. I find it awkward how his daughter cries about him in a touching good-bye moment, yet both his sons were chewing gum and seemed unsympathetic. Oo Was it just me, or did anyone else see that?

well you know there's always Thrill The World in October if you're looking for synchronized dancing. I did it last year and it was a total blast, and it should be really huge this year because of what happened (for better or worse) It's a worldwide effort to break the Guiness Book world record every year for biggest number of people doing the Thriller dance simultaneously.

Thrill The World | A Tribute to Michael Jackson

the site teachers you how to do the Thriller dance, by the way. very helpful videos
