I just checked CNN and a few other news websites, none of which are confirming it.

But, if it's Australian news, it's possible (If not probable) they got the word first.

Amazing. He can stick his thumb up a croc's butt and end up unscathed, and then he gets whacked by an effing stingray.

EDIT: Looks like this is for real. That does really suck. He was a cool guy, and it's a shame this happened to him.

This isn't the first time I heard a report about him being dead.

I know he was bit by several venomous snakes during his crazy stunts, but they had anti-venom on-hand for the most part.

I don't really think there's any anti-venom for a stinger in your chest, though.

I think we've got all the confirmation we need. So, how do we do a memorial for this man? I mean, what would we be able to do to show how much we appreciated him risking life and limb to teach and entertain us about some of the coolest, creepiest, and most dangerous doods around? Drink a Fosters? Wrestle a skunk? Dump a Fosters onto a skunk?
