This website certainly is uh...interesting. Really all it is doing is translating your name to fit into the Japanese sounds and then connecting those sounds to a Kanji with that reading.
For example, with my name, "Derrick", it fits it into Japanese by making it "deriku". Then it looks like it automatically searches for common Kanji that have those readings. For me, it chooses 出, which is a pretty common Kanji, to represent "de".
In short, the real way to translate your name into Japanese is to write it in Katakana, which is probably pretty boring compared to this website since each katakana only represents a sound, not a meaning (very much like our alphabet).
