I always wondered how bemanistyle is "anti-piracy" yet has a stickied topic on ROM emulation, with links to roms.

Nice site though, I didn't even think there were any rom sites alive that weren't out to make money. There just isn't a need anymore now that there is bittorrent packs...

I need to restore my rom collections now that I got another harddrive. Bless you 320GB SATA. I finally restored my MAME set and updated to .107 today.

www.mininova.org has a lot of GC isos, but you need a bit torrent client to download the files, you will use a GC emulator?and there is no GC rom, only iso.

Its my undersanding that Bios files are hella illegal, manageing to actualy get a PS2 emulator to run will be another issue you face. (check your pm's)

It's the loop-hole everyone uses.
a) They are linking to SITES, not files.
b) They aren't illegal if you already own the games

Ripping or "dumping" PS2 and GC games is probably illegal under the DMCA anyways :-\

But the DMCA is the so darn old it's a wonder it's still in place.
The DMCA makes ripping DVDs illegal yet M$ has gone out and said that it's easy to do and that you should do it for the Zunes, LMAO.
