Head on over to www.emuparadise.org they have literaly every GBA game, they're sorted via number, so you'll have to find it on the list. But if it came out- its there.
I don't know if this is the right thread to ask this in, but is there yet a PS2 emulator that does not lag as much as PCSX2, Neutrino or PS2emu? I haven't had much luck with any of them, attempting to run my copy of IIDX 10 as either the physical disk or an ISO has gotten my no luck at all.
Are those three the only emulators out there? I've fiddled with nearly every setting on all of them and nothing playable past the menu/song list has come up. I've just wondered if there is a way to do it.

PCSX2 seems to work fine for me. I know 9th style works. There aren't any fully lag free emulators as far as I know though. I find using the GSdx9 SSE2 plug-in for the graphics, runs a lot faster for 2D games.

Thanks for the tip there, after setting it to GSdx9 i managed to actually get playable framerates on training modes on 10th style, but the background track quickly goes out of sync for some reason. I'm guessing it's not really possible to fix that, but I'm satisfied enough that I was able to get it working. I mean I can always play it on my PS2 anyways
Maybe someday the code will be smooth enough that proper emulation can happen, but I guess it's going to be a long time after the PS2's lifetime.
