I do want to get a cool looking incase for my iPod since I love the designs on some of them. For my PSP I still need to pick up that Katamari case from somebody on another forum.

Maybe I'll file in for games like Locoroco, MGS:Portable Ops, Tekken: DR and that SoTN remake once I get my psp in the near future.

Im happy with all 4 of the games I have for my PSP. And a few others I could aquire (But Id prefer that theyre in english first) but in all honesty, the majority of the games out on the PSP in my mind are goddamn terrible. The PSP has 1 puzzle game that interests me, 4 shooters, 1 music game, and 1 RPG that isnt yet in english.
You damn better know what the puzzle game is.
You damn better know what shooters Im talking about.
The music game is Parappa.
You damn better know what RPG it is too.
The PSP doesnt offer me much as an entertainment device, and doesnt see use when Im at home most of the time. It sees most of its use when Ive got a long car trip. Youd be amazed how short a 7 hour car ride is when youve got a power inverter and Parodius, other than that my DS sees way more time.

maybe you're referring to disgaea portable?/ys: ark of napishtim/valkyrie profile/legend of heroes 1-3/kingdom of paradise
i came up with way more than six titles myself, thinking only in terms of the genres you mentioned. i would say that if you look at that list and honestly think that every single thing on it is, as you said, terrible, then yes, you have such a narrow, perhaps flawed, range of enjoyment that any criticism you could level at it is marred by the fact that the damn thing obviously isn't for you.

Yes I have a PSP. The game library for psp games truly is weak. Which is why almost all my games are imports. While I don't have DDR, I got PIU Exceed so I'm happy with that. Although my only gripe with the game is pressing the up and down D-pad buttons at the same time on some songs. It's practically impossible to get that down.

Unfortunately, theres not another damn thing on that device that I could give a shit about. The sad fact is, My DS gets play way more often, and unlike the PSP, where I think about the 6 games I play, I think about the 10 games I dont have but want to own, in addition to the 8 DS games Ive already got.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | despite midreal's ability to point the quality of the psp game library, i'm still not convinced. except for lumines, e3, and a couple others (i don't bemani much nowadays), I still stand that the system is riddled with ports and remakes.
If I wanted to buy a system for the "original" game library I'd buy a DS. I guess some people just have different tastes. And some people just get both to stand on both sides of the arguement.

There are plenty of main franchise games that are exclusive to the PSP, including a Metal Gear, a Killzone, Daxter, and a Syphon Filter, all of which are very good, and a shitload of other stuff that was made specifically for the handheld. Some things are the same experience you can get on another platform, sure, but everyone busts a nut when a new Castlevania comes out, and that's been the same game since Symphony. Quote:

e: on top of which i guess you really shouldn't be bothering to post in a psp discussion thread since you have nothing of value to contribute, just the same tired arguments that have been made a dozen times before
