Default Any SNES Love?

Everyone is either talking New Generation or Arcade games.
WTF?

I remember the day that games were simplier, more plot driven games. Can I get an X and Y high-five?

I remember the day that I got my SNES. I bought it as a part of a power set with Donkey Kong Country, and I remember going to town with that bastard.

Super Mario World was the place were things were hip and you could eat all of the fruit there was.

How about a little SNES Bugsby action? That cat was whack.

D'IS'CUSS!

I pretty much liked anything pre-SMRPG (that game was okay...too FFish for me).
Best thing on the SNES though, Super Star Wars That or pretty much anything that had 'Super' in front of it.

Earthbound is the best game ever made. I remember buying it in the big box (it came with a guide) and thinking this game was going to be special. Biggest understatement ever. That game had such charm to it that nothing else since has topped it. In fact, thinking of it makes me want to go get some Mr. Saturn coffee...

The SNES is my favorite system of all time and everything else everyone has mentioned up there ruled. I can't forget about...

FFVI - Best FF ever
Pocky and Rocky - Classic game that got surprisingly tough
Link to the Past - Duh...
Uniracers - Hey, I loved this game
The first two Donkey Kong Countries
F-Zero - So cool for the time
Secret of Mana - One of the best soundtracks ever
and...

The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang - So overlooked but oh so good.

I remember when video games were impossible even with Game Genie. Ahhh Street Fighter 2010 for NES....

Man... I have so many SNES games, haha. Super Mario World is classic. I also love Super Mario Kart. What a fun game, especially against someone in multiplayer.
I loved playing BattleClash and Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge with the Super Scope.

Breath of Fire and Breath of Fire 2 (later released on Game Boy Advance) were my favorite RPG games and I still think they are my all-time favorites. Illusion of Gaia comes in third. Chrono Trigger, blah blah, everybody knows it... not my favorite. That and Secret of Mana I liked, though, as well.

I'm looking at my Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars right now.

Still the greatest game ever in my opinion.

SNES is still one of my faves, with games like Super Mario RPG, Mega man X, and Secret of Evermore, the SNES is definately a memorable system.

The SNES is great stuff but a lot of games I really liked reaaaaally didn't stand the test of time.

Sky Blazer's great stuff still though. Although the game's IMPOSSIBLE.

Strangely, when I try to go back to them with an emulator and a generic usb pad, the games just aren't as fun. It's far too tempting to just cheat and speed the game up and overlevel. Or I just remember too much about the game so it becomes boring. It's like I actually just need to be sitting in my recliner in front of a TV to really have fun with them. I suppose a computer chair and sitting this close to the screen would do something...but I dunno.

I can't believe you guys aren't saying a word about Contra III.

Seriously, that's like the greatest action game the system ever saw.

also, L+R POSE

I have both (wait except KI... nooooooo!). lol. Great games.
TMNT IV: The SUPER Nintendo game. "Ow! My toe! My toe! Weooweeooweoo." Actually played it again and with a friend and it's really not that hard on the hardest difficulty. "Cowabunga!"

Spinal was my favorite character to use on Killer Instinct.

I can't believe I forgot Gradius III.
Pause game, Konami code, lol result.
Pause game, Konami code with left and right instead of L and R, hax result.
