Moving on, here's what I've done so far in Maximum Tune 3 DX over the past month:
-upgraded to S8 (rank)
-got 300 ghost wins
-now at 800+ stars
-32k mileage

Apparently, though this is still not enough as my goal for this year is Project SS9 (which is to get SS9 rank). So yup, in my current setup, I'll need 1k ghost wins, 1k story mode rounds cleared and 1k battle stars. Yup, it's a tall order but I hope to get everything accomplished before the year ends.

I'm also working on Time Attack though with not much success (given that my Corolla is a tough car to handle compared to other cars like Lancer CT9A or the Subies or the Nissan cars). I also need to shave that '040 off my Yokohane TA time (still at 2'50'040 damn ). Also need to work on my Nagoya TA as I'm stuck at 3'05'xxx (I wanna get to 3'04). And my Osaka time could use improvement as well (i'm hoping for a sub '50 time).

On a side note:
My friend told me that every 5,000 kilometers increase in mileage, the aura of your car increases. Wow, that is neat.

Thus, I can't wait to see what happens when my car reaches 50,000 km mileage

my advice;
- watch other people play (i learnt A LOT of things just by observing others. dangers spots, dogtag positions etc.)
- memorise where the enemies will appear
- aim for the head
- dont worry so much about combo. it is better to go for faster time
- SHOOT LIKE CRAZY!

i really want to get under 14mins. i suspect there is a shortcut on the final boss if you detroy all the panels on it, just before the laser part . BUT i dunno for sure yet since ive never been able to pull it off. im jst assuming this because it seems funny that it wont let u finish it off... u either get a nice bonus ammount or u skip the next scene entirely. or maybe nothing happens at all!

Anyways, awesome score and damn, it really is that you are Razing Storm master....

I still hope to finish the game completely though (my last time to play, I only finished till Stage 3-2 which is after the sniper mission and even then, there were times wherein I missed as my hands were a bit shaky for some reason).

Razing Storm is popping up in other Timezone branches here (Philippines) so it's all good. In any case, I finally finished the game for the first time which is neat.....or at least I think I did.

I have a question: Does this game only have three stages?
I beg to ask this because I only ended with three stages (the last part for me was the emergency mission wherein I had to shoot all those missiles at that crab thingy). You know, the part after you aim your laser cannon thingy at the enemy crab thingy.

I failed the mission but it said that the game was over for me.....or is it really? So yeah, sir boogeyman, does the game only have a max of three stages?

P.S.
Also, I need help regarding some part in stage 2 which is the sniper mission wherein you have to provide support while Fortune is aiming his laser pointer thingy (to summon the laser cannon). My hands keep on shaking and thus inconsistencies and time constraints prevent me from getting headshots till the end.

Any help would be needed

there are actually 4 stages altogether. failing that emergency mission will end the game then and there unfortunately. so make sure u find as many dogtags as possible and shoot those missiles! its possible to take no damage at all on the bridge.

and as for the sniper mission, i hate that aswell... all i can give as advice is know where the enemy will move and keep a steady aim
for now, try to aim for the head. body shots will just waste time and lead to u getting noticed.

this guy shows us that to get a higher score, u need to deliberately miss the soldiers in order to make them come out of cover quicker. i dont recomend doing this if u cant aim, this is a pro technique. just watch all 4 of his videos for dogtags locations, how to clear areas quick and the 4th stage etc.

I thought you only needed to survive the emergency mission but are the dogtags also required to reach the rescue mission?

I blame that very last soldier I need to kill in that sniping part for causing me to fail in that part because he's playing hard to get.

umm in confused by what u mean... whats the rescue mission? i kno for certain the dogtags are only used for the Emergency mission.

i managed to get under 20 seconds for the sniper section today. not bad.

Rescue Mission = Bonus Mission/Stage = 4th Stage, sorry for the confusion.

Indeed a very crazy video and thus also informative. I was surprised though regarding his sniper technique (especially in one shot where I thought he was shooting at nothing.......and yet in fact it's so damn close to the wall yet the shot goes thru it).

Still I have to ask: Are there exactly ten dogtags spread throughout stages 1-3 (or are there more dogtags than that and thus you only need ten of these to get a perfect lifegauge)???

aiming for under 14mins and 3.8 mill. i kno i can do it

Well in any case, I'll try my best to review those vids that you posted (so as I can be familiar with the dogtag locations). Nevertheless, thanks indeed for the advice you gave just then. It was most definitely appreciated
