XP Embedded is becoming widely used as PC-based hardware for video arcade gaming systems.
That and Linux (which are heavily favored by Bandai Namco and Sega).

Speaking of which
I've tried googling the stuff a bit and I've noticed that many of the hits seems to point out to it being a 1.0 GHz C7-M processor (probably since it's fanless and does calls for a processor that gives out as less heat as possible)
And yeah, pretty much everything from the EXAMU hardware system board is from VIA
