You get a bonus game disk w/ the movie in HD. So yes, it's a DVD.

New info, pics, & new boxart of LE (which I think is alot better than the original)

I made a mistake. If you get the 360 LE, the movie ("The Ties That Bond") is on a game disk that outputs at 720, NOT A DVD, so you can only watch it on a 360.
