Criken2, director of L4D Montage vids, was wrongfully banned on YouTube

I'm not sure if this should be discussed in General, or Gaming (or heck, Forum Boredom), because of a YouTube discussion of Left 4 Dead. If this is okay, please move it to the right forum.

Seriously, I can't figure out what wrong he did. All of the montage vids were copyright claimed by VIACOM, as well as GTA IV Montage. What the hell went wrong here?! Is Viacom screwing with YouTube users?

I was just informed that he was suspended due to Left 4 Dead 2 videos copyright claimed by "Games and Tech Media". I believe this is a phony claim, because I Googled this exactly and still no exact searches. Something is screwing other users over.

Edit: Criken2's account returned. I wonder what happened?

I get it. The "Games and Tech Media" was a troll.
