Dead Rising: Zombie Sacrifice for Wii

So if you haven't heard, Capcom's porting Dead Rising to the Wii. As of right now, there's no plans on bringing it to America (I'm sure they will). The differences are told here. Basically:

No Photo Mode (because it didn't work very well w/ Wii controls)
Behind The Shoulder camera (like RE4)
New enemies & items
Otis' real-life missions replaced w/ 3-4 sub-missions & once you finish those, the main story advances
Just pressing A on the Wiimote swings, but actually swinging it give you more power

So, are you looking forward towards this?

I like that last bit. Buttons over motion would be nice for actually conserving energy for non-critical action segments.

Iono why, but the main charm of original Dead Rising... is absent in this (AKA the number of enemies you could see in a room).

Maybe I'm wrong and this title will be better than it seems for now.

Why would the number of enemies decrease at all? The Wii is more powerful than the Xbox. They'll just be missing hi-def texturing or whatever.

Yeah, but I do remember the original Dead Rising having like +50 enemies at screen with no slowmo. I sincerely doubt the Wii will do something even close to that.

i guess it just wont be worth it for wii piips that already have it on 360.

unless they changed something more drastically or advance the story more than the half-ass ending that was left

Again, no one has said that the zombie count is lower. People should be smarter than that. The pictures shown are with Frank at level 1. At the start of the game, there aren't that many zombies.

And jesus christ it doesn't look that terrible.

Oh, hold on. Zombie Sacrifice appears to be the Japanese subtitle. The US/European subtitle for Dead Rising for the Wii is.....

Chop Till You Drop. Wow. We get a stupid shopping joke as the subtitle.....Not to mention it sounds like even more of a wag-fest.
