So this game is amazing enought to get its own topic, being the masochistic video gamers holy grail.
Did anyone get the Deluxe version? I had to have it shipped used from a regional video game store.
Also, I have no idea how the world tendency works, other than if you die alot the game gets harder and you have less HP, which seems a little cruel imo.
Also, the guide that came with the DE has a pretty poor walkthrough. It didnt even mention the first blue eyed knight, nor does it guide you away from the first red eye knight, both who owned me many times.
Also, Octavia or whoever that you save in the first realm died on his own, he got attacked by a blue knight and I didnt realize it was him and he lost. I got the morgue key, but the dude in there doesent take any damage when I hit him, even double wielding a sword.
I hear you can own at the game if you put alot of points into magic. I started out as a knight, since he was the only one who looked somewhat decent, and have been putting my levels into mostly dexterety and strength.
Also, how do you activate hyper mode? I know it has to be done when you are at less than 30% life.

Still haven't found a price I will buy it for just yet (vying for the 30 dollar range).

I just don't want to throw down full price for it only to go on a tantrum of getting my ass beat...

Getting your ass beat is the point.....kindof.
As far as a price drop, I would assume its going to stay pretty high, but I also hear its getting re-ran. If thats true it may accually drop fairly low.

There's games that do it right, this one supposedly, and then there are games that do it wrong (Baroque).

I was worried about comparing this to Baroque, but its like......what baroque was suppost to be. Its not got any relation what so ever though. Different company entirely made this, granted they dont have a great track record either, I promise you if you get this game you will become heavily addicted to it.

This game looks awesome...is the landscape as epic as the trailers suggest? or what?

My dreams came true after all....another Medieval game for the PS3...LAIR was not what I wanted but still was good!

I just had a blue phantom I summoned to help me fight a black phantom destroy every demon in the level for me, including the Penetrator Demon. Needless to say I gave him the highest possible ranking.
