Alright, Sony's conference is officially late...6 minutes later, it's now starting.

Bunch of different PS3 & PSP games are being shown, some released & some not.

President of SCEA talking about history of Sony & original PS...Still talking about the history of the Playstations & how some of the better games came later in their lifespan...MGS4 only possible on PS3 thanks to Blu-Ray......Bunch of other stuff not related to new games or hardware.

Resistance 2 gameplay shown. Big (& I mean BIG) Cloverfield-like creature attacking. Abso-freakin'-amazing. & now a trailer is shown.

Now LittleBigPlanet is shown while user-created content is being talked about. A special level is shown showing their business success.

PS3 getting Greatest Hits for $30, including Resistance, Rainbow Six: Vegas, & Ninja Gaiden Sigma. Oh, & LittleBigPlanet coming in October.

Playstation 2 gets mentioned. 130 games coming to PS2, including some sports games, Star Wars The Force Unleashed, more SingStar, Yakuza 2, & Merchanaries 2.

Video rental & purchases coming to PS3. You can put anything you've purchased onto your PSP & you can have it on multiple systems. It'll take about a hour to fully download a 2-hour movie...It'll be available TONIGHT & each week, they'll add new stuff.

PSP time. New bundle. October is getting Ratchet & Clank pack w/ the game, National Treasure, 1GB memory stick, & a voucher for echochrome.

Hopefully, there'll be better gaming announcements made tomorrow. Seriously, all the conferences were so boring & hardly anything interesting aside from 1 thing from each company (Microsoft w/ FF13, Nintendo w/ AC & WiiSpeak, Sony w/......something). Oh, & this was from another forum.

I wanna know how Lips is going to work. There was a part in the trailer where they attach a Zune and then they hit "Get New Music." I'd be blown away if it could auto-detect the lyrics and pitch of a vocal track, but I'm pretty sure that's not how it's going to work. I want to see more of it, though.

Also I hope that Fallout 3 doesn't play too much like GTA IV because it kind of looks like that from the trailer.

One more thing the Gears of War 2 trailer was pretty punchy but I don't think you can ever beat the "Mad World" trailer.
