Mushihimesama holds the record for most money spent/most hours wasted, but I have to admit that the Deathsmiles 360 port is giving it a run for its money. And just wait until Mega Black Label 1.1 hits. :3

Otomedius actually was shockingly fun when I played it at Otakon. I don't know why, but I had a blast with it. I thought I was tired of Gradius but apparently not. Deathsmiles seemed cool but I didn't really grasp the scoring because I only got to play it for like fifteen minutes. This year was the first time I ever got to play Twinkle Star Sprites (it was the PS2 release) and I rolled folks for a solid hour or so which was fun.

Aerofighters, though. Fucking Aerofighters. 3 is one of my favorite games. I plan on owning an MVS cab in the next year and that's going to be occupying a slot more or less permanently. :>

No, I was only there for a total of about ten hours total the whole weekend, most of which was on Friday. Shame.

Gradius Gaiden beats the shit out of every other Gradius I've played, except maybe Gradius V.

I really wanna own Radiant Silvergun in some form, and I wanna try Border Down as well, but it went the way of RSG and became a $200 collector's item, instead of me getting it at launch which I didn't do because I neglected my Dreamcast. FML.

Gaiden is great, And it does kill V.

anything made by Cave
Under Defeat
Raiden (any)
Gradius Gaiden / V
Darius Gaiden.

Speaking of Cave, the xbox360 port of Mushihimesama Futari ver1.5 is coming out Nov. 26, and Espgaluda II Black Label is coming next spring. (Two Cave Bullet Hell Shooters Dated For Xbox 360 - Cave - Kotaku)

I bought UN Squadron yesterday for only $8 & man, it's fun/hard. I like how you earn money to buy weapons/better planes, but is there really any difference between the 3 characters??

I remember playing this a lot on the SNES, it was pretty hard from what I remember, but yeah I liked the upgrade system too. I don't think there is a difference between the characters, though.
