I hear Assassins are toned down to not be automatic killing machines. The Seeq Ranger, however, appears to have Reverse Item, which I think means it could just use Reverse Phoenix Downs to instantly kill everything.

I never played FFTA for the story though.

I played FFT later, and it was too depressing for me, compared to FFTA.

Total Tokens: 1,845.32 Donate Tokens | Picked it up yesterday, and so far I'm enjoying it. It's never as good as the orginal (FFT) though. I kinda hate the whole "rules" system but atleast this time around it isn't as harsh. The privelage system is a nice bonus as well, working in conjunction with the clan trails!!.
I've only been using the starting classes right now, havn't decided yet what i want to start investing in. I've currently, besides the already avalible ones, have unlocked Dragoon and Green Mage. That dragoon [guest] sucked so bad though, all of his attacks were misses lawl.
Story wise it is very weak so far, but it's as complex as always with unit development, ability placements, and what not. | |
