Geese ni Katakori's excellent for practising..

I liked 2002 and 2003, mainly because I can abuse Maki in 2002 and Elizabeth's combo to deal 75% damage are easily done with LDM.
Oswald is an interesting characted but I've never actually mastered him, while Kula is quite awesome with the same old combo.

Shion's pretty nice, with 3 battle mode type to choose from, when she's bare fisted, spear and the rope knife thinggy.

I actually likes Geese with his 96's Reppuken..

Last but not least, Magaki's a pure paint...

The BGM sounds are totally lovely, esp Magaki's theme and Geese ni Katakori ..

Hm, I never really liked KoF games because they were just not to interesting for some reason.

Heck, I've only played KoF XI once at an arcade but I've been seeing combo videos and such and it looks insane when you get more down in to it.

Is clark any good in this game? He was one of my favorites back in KoF 2k2.

Who is that break dancing guy I see? He looks like from one of those beat em up games. Looks like a thug. He any good?

Clark is really good in XI. The breakdancing looking guy is Duck, and he's also pretty good. Talk about a bump from hell, but dammit if this game isn't really fun. And once you "get down into it" it does get insane, and it's honestly not too hard to pick up that stuff. Sit down for maybe an hour or so and you can figure it out.

I haven't played this in a couple of months, but I liked it...hell of a lot better better than Neo Geo Battle Colliseum. I used the hell out of Momo and King, Momo because of her linking combo ability (I think she has one move that is an automatic five hit combo and has linkability), and King because, well, it's King. Momo was my main character, because even against skilled opponents, she could take someone out in the flash. I don't normally play the KoF series, but I got addicted to this one pretty quickly.

So did XI come out in US, or just 2k6? I've seen XI in arcades(albeit on an horribly busted, unplayable cabinet) and it looks much more like my kind of thing than 2k6.

I liked Maximum Impact and all, but still not as nice as XI looks.

I'm no KOF professional or anything, I just have a few choice characters I like to use and mostly mess around with, but I enjoy the atmosphere and stories... when I can figure the latter out at least.

If you want an english version of KOF XI, you could import the PAL version by Ignition Entertainment. I'd personally spend my money more wisely with Neo Geo Battle Coliseum and Samurai Shodown VI (WAY superior and more original than XI :/ IMO), also released in Europe by Ignition.

And please don't ever mention those pieces of crap called "KOF Maximum Impact". I hate them. People liked MI2 / 2006 just because it has shitloads of fanservice, yet the game still sucks balls.

I got this a few weeks ago and now I'm training to see if I can at least stand a chance against the people at AI. My main team is Shen, Eiji and Iori. I've been playing with Kasumi lately so I can sub out Iori because I don't feel like conforming into being another Iori player.

SS Tenka is often concidered 6 but I don't know if its just a large collection of characters or SS6. SNK never really said.

The occidental name is "Samurai Shodown VI". No doubt about it, and yes, it's official.

And KOF MI2 / 2006 isn't awesome in any way... unless you are looking for a "generic 3D fighting gaem with bewbs, projectiles and a really poor combo system".

I hate everything from those games. In fact, they shouldn't have existed ever.

Also, Falcoon is probably the biggest game and character design faggot ever. Just look at:

-How horrible the game plays.
-How terrible the Meira brothers and all his "sons" (Mignon, Duke, Chae Lim, forgot who else) are, design wise.
