From what I can gather, you put in batteries they give you, plus theres a new battery cover, and then it charges off the Wii's USB with the provided stand. The site is taking preorders and they are 3,480 Yen each.
Takes 3 hours to charge, and lasts 25 hours.
Huge plus from my perspective. I can't stand constantly buying batteries for my stuff. Plus I hate using my rechargable batteries, its a pain setting up the box when they die. | |

Why did Sony include INTERNAL batteries? It's an oversight on the companies behalf, it doesn't hurt them, but they certainly could stand to gain profit off of the idea.

The main difference that I can see is that apparently this one plugs into the wall, not into the Wii for power.

Solution: Get a powered USB hub if you really want it.
I just buy duracells. Not because Im lazy, but because I hate recharging batteries. If someone can get me a DS I can put 2 AAs in, I would be so fantastically happy.

Sleep Mode != ON
Sleep Mode on EVERY computer I have EVER Used powers all the USB ports off.
