It's more than an expansion. It plays very differently. No new characters (and it seems Kliff and Justice are out of this) but all the remaining chars got a lot of new things.
Importing this next tuesday, along with GG Judgement JP.

The Wii version of Accent Core (which comes out next month in Japan) may see localization. The game uses the Classic Controller to control, as well as some mode with the remote I guess.
Honestly, I think Nintendo'd be stupid not to localize it. It's not like the system has any other excellent 2D fighters.

Just had a mini tourney in college. My friend uses Ky, Sol, and Order - Sol, and I've gotta say, they are insane when used well. Also, does anyone else think that Order - Sol's level 3 Charge bar thing is so easy to get up fast in AC?

IIRC one of Fred's (lol Order Sol) force breaks is the capability to charge that bar to lv.3 instantly, but I'm not that sure.
He's better in AC, agreed.
