I can't find any poffins..
Can someone tell me where to find poffins?

You make poffins in one of the towns. But if you're just looking to evolve it, just feed it a bunch of vitamins and take it to veilside for a massage a couple times, gets the job done quick. If you actually wanna use it, have fun making it happy.
