Yes, I'm jealous. This months issue of Nintendo Official Magazine (UK) reveals, in the GLOBAL section under USA, that:

"The ESRB, the American games ratings board, has recently rated the SNES game Earthbound, meaning it's due for release on the American VC very soon (and may already be out by the time you read this). Given the demand for the game, which was never released in the UK, we'd bet on it appearing here soon as well."

Obviously it HASN'T been released by time of reading, but you're getting it!
