To further expand on what was said you can do one of two things to change this, either a.) Edit your flash0 dir, and change your gameboot.prx, or b.)look for a plugin called CXMB, which emulates the flash0 editing.
The first of which can brick your PSP, the second of which can do nothing serious.
Always keep in mind that editing any files in your flash0 dir can brick your PSP, and I recommend completely backing up the directory before doing ANYTHING to it, qj.net's forums have a great guide to this process if you want to go this route.
(I think FlashAgent does something with this too. . . I don't remember though XD)
