Has anyone here palyed that? It truly is an awsome game. I played for 36 hours and was just starting disc 3 and then my little brother saved over it and I havent really tried to start again since but I played at my friends house and we beat the last 2 disc so anyone got any thing to say about it?

The best character in my opinion is Albert cause of Gust of the Wind Dance and it's hilarious if you have this fire resistant armor and you fight Dart's father and you use it and he does a huge ass fire attack and it does 0 damage and he says "so this is my fathers power!"

wow haven't played that game since it's release waaaaay back in the glory days of the PS1. i didn't get to beat it cuz of the same thing that happened to you but it was a very good game for not being made by Square.

Square doesn't necessarily make good games. Look at recent Final Fantasies, The Bouncer, and others. They suck.

Also, the game had an ok system, but the dubbing/animation was horrendous.

p.s. if you really think that Square is the only company that makes good RPGs you are complete faggots that haven't played anything good.

Agreed with Irob. OZ/Sword of Etheria is a rather good RPG, if I'd ever take the time to sit down and play it. And hey, look at that, Konami makes it!

LOTD Was a kick ass game. A touch on the hard side for me, but I had fun with it.

I played it LOTD was okay. The battle system wasn't that great and the story was cliche abit, but still it was a pretty playable game.

As far as Square Enix goes. I truly belive SE has lost their flare. All the recent SE games have been mediocre. I think overtime SE has been trying to hard to focus on graphical presentation and not as much on gameplay lately. It s why I'm worried about FF12 and FF13. I've been finding satisfiaction in non-SE ROGS lately as a result.

Legend of Dragoon is a terrible game. It's an FF ripoff with TERRIBLE difficulty balance. The battle system was an interesting idea, but they ruined it by making it take massive amounts of time to raise one level. Not to mention how poorly balanced every single enemy in the entire game is. The last boss is an exercise in frustration.

The music is also very forgettable, the characters suck, the story is cliched as they come. The graphics are pretty good for a PSX title, but who cares about graphics?

Bad game. Not as bad as FF7/FF8, but still bad.
