Destructoid just had a contest where they were giving away copies of the game & signed posters on Twitter. There's also a contest on Twitter where you might win a copy of the game, every day until the 28th/launch.

Another fighter that makes me want to get a 360 or PS3...

No she isn't. She's the Chunli of the Fatal Fury series (and she's boring now, BTW).

Athena is, however. She's like the only char in the series that changes sprite every year (except 95), and she's in EVERY KOF RELEASED TO DATE.

Mai wasn't in XI AC either. Who cares? Her entire story was supposed to be about finding Andy. Andy's back so she's no longer needed. He's better than she is in every way anyway.

Well, it's not:

'New' design that got me was Athena in SNK Battle Coliseum.

Complete 180 for what I was used to for her in terms of controls.

Anyways, I doubt I pick it up at launch...I'm already behind as it is for BB but then my sister kinda had a kid this last month so expenses for driving states away and everything else that's happened has kinda set me back.

Besides, 98UM was enough for me this year...if nothing else, MAME for everything else outside of this that I'd want in this series (for the most part).

Sixty bucks for a KOF game too...that's a bit steep for what I'm used to.
