Just picked mine up today, and the pre-order code. I've got it for myself, I'm not sure if it'll work more than once but if you have the game and no code, let me know.

Game is fantastic. It's everything I've ever enjoyed about JRPGs.

If you like elsewhere on the internet, you'll notice that people are mentally retarded and have basically deemed turn-based RPG's "last gen," and that random battles should never exist ever and that everything should be like Oblivion or Mass Effect.
Apparently this is the 360, where everything is supposed to be real-time.
I'm nearing the end of disc 2 I think and absolutely loving it.

I haven't hated any part of this game so far, and I want any person who's been playing RPGs for years to play this game and after beating at least the first disc tell me that it sucks. I can't see how any RPG player would not like this.

The characters are extremely well done. I can only imagine what happens later. Where I'm at, I just got a bunch of new accessories so I've been SP farming back in the last dungeon I was at. It's really nice. I like the idea of using FF9's skills-from-items idea but reducing the amount of time necessary for each skill. In FF9, it took like...at least an entire hour of playing to get even one good skill. In LO, even higher abilities don't take long unless they're super awesome ultimate accessories like the One Turn Cast skill (it takes 999 to learn...but I think it's a downloadable item Japan Only so far?)

I kind of wish that the game had more physical attacks for the characters to do, not just magic all the time. Maybe a few character specific moves. Other then that though, its been fun. | |

That definitely was one of the coolest parts of FF9, and I'm glad that it's in this game in a more exciting and easier to use way. The pre-order item is awesome and definitely takes a while to master, but that's because of how damn good it is. I just beat the tank manned by the Heihachi-looking guy, which personally I find hilarious.

I'm nearing the end of disc 2 I think and absolutely loving it. | I'm the dumbest person on the planet then. I thought this was just another one of those so-called Western RPGs like Oblivion.

How many disc is this game? Is a must play for a Rpg fan? | The only RPGs I have beaten are: SMRPG, Chrono Trigger, FF7, FF8, Chrono Cross and various games with RPG elements, but are actually platformer games.
This game is awesome. I could say that it has been more memorable of an RPG for me than FF7.
It's 4 dvds.
4 dvds.
4 dvds.
JESUS THINK ABOUT IT! Microsoft Flight Sim X is 4 dvds.
The game is FUCKING huge.
