I think the computers use too many items in grand prix. Maybe it's just because I haven't played mario kart in awhile so I'm not used to it. But there was seriously like a thunderbolt almost every lap. It was rediculous.

So far so good otherwise though.

I had this awesome replay where I was in first, and I got hit by something every 3 seconds untill I was in last. It was crazy. Blue shell, red shell, green shell, another red shell, bullet bill thing, then someone just ran into me. theres a bit to long of a wait to move after you are hit.
I love the wind resistance thing though. and the wheel works well.

I don't ever want to play Mario Kart the old way ever again. The wheel is definitely the way to go. Rockin some online today, got a great selection of wins. Too bad no one's played ANY single player. Almost everyone chooses from the first two cups and that's it. It's like Peach Beach, Mario Circuit 3, Ghost Valley 2, repeat. The hell. The new tracks are AMAZING.

Fuck rainbow road with a 12 unpolished wooden stick. That was absolutly insane. I think I fell off at least 30 times.

It seems like every single speed ramp sends you plummeting to your doom, and I tried drifting, but it goes back and forth so much I cant really switch.

I want to get the wheel for the sole purpose of playing Lucky & Wild on MAME the way it's meant to be played.

Guys, is it true that 150cc is ridiculous, difficult wise? Like if the computer purposedly attacks you merciless so you can't even move a damn meter.

Really no different than playing against good players. Only difference is the computer likes to only hit you and not just whoever's in front of them.

I hate the Wii wheel to death. I can't control it, it's too loose.

Maybe it's cause I'm too used to the Mario Kart Arcade wheel though.

You just suck with it. Keep playing. Alternatively, use bikes. Tighter drifting.

I think the wheel is genius. I hear alot of complaining about tightness, but thats what drifting is for. I started out on Manual though, Im not spoiled by automatic.
