So, your telling me the Final boss of X3 wasnt challenging? Im pretty sure it was really hard.

For some reason, the only Sigma that has really caused me more trouble that X3's is the Trash Sigma from X4 (forgot its real name). Like 2 or 3 different forms, each one with its life bar and attacking like crazy. It was a real pain to beat him using Zero, while it was easy with X (Nova Armor's fully charged shot was able to pwn anything Sigma throws at you).

and yeah, Trash Sigma was ghey.

Inafune states that they're striving for another MegaMan 2, so there won't be a charge shot, slide, or possibly Rush. Though you can see little bolts to collect a la MM7 in the pictures on the site.
They're also going as 8-bit as possible, which he said is a little harder to do than expected.

BTW, after reading all that interview, now I do agree with Inafune. It's fun to see how he (diplomatically and very politely) shows the middle finger to all those "fans" who were enraged at his decision of making MM9 as a 8bit game. Preliminar screens look absolutely great, though I think he could try adding some backgrounds. Wouldn't hurt, IMO.

Then did they beat 8, and the final form of Wily was the same!?
that pissed me off.

One charge shot resting him only 1 life line = ARGH.
