I fee like I'm the only one in the U.S. that actually enjoys these games. I know they are a COMPLETE hit in Japan what with tournaments, tv shows, conventions, anything you name it.
I've played through about every single one.
Am currently playing MMBN5DTDS and I definitely love it. I hated 4 as the story line was the same and it was boring and repetitive.
MMBN2 was by far one of the best ones I ever played. I actually played through 2 and 3 before I got a chance to play 1 as I didn't get a GBA till about 2 years after it was released.
They really need to make the series be playable through WiFi over the world as I never get to experience the PvP battles due to mainly my other friends HATING the series with a passion.
P.S.
My name is Megamanny and if you didn't catch it at first I am a HUGE megaman fan. Though I don't own any games though I've played through just about every single one made.
Still have yet to play Super Rockman Adventure though.

basically constant playing.
Because it is that awesome.
I'm glad to see someone else who loves the series.
Its a shame its over.

I haven't played 6 yet as I just only recently got MMBN5 a few days ago but have been playing it like crazy.
I'm curious as to why they didn't do MMBN6 like the DS version.
I'm hoping for 6 to be a good ending, heck, I don't even know why they are ending it already. Its the most short lived megaman series that was just pumping one right out after another.
Not to mention Megaman Legends.

This goes into nothing about the game, and really won't ruin anything unless you are hyper-anal It talks about what happens to the main characters and secondary chars in the future

I was impressed with 1, when it came out.
I freaking loved 2 because it allowed the most flexibility with the folders. The chip duplication for NPC trades allowed for a insane Bodyguard folder.
3 was pretty disappointing, though.
Buy 6?

I do intent to get around to it at some point...I just don't want to pay for it.

Total Tokens: 9,306.68 Donate Tokens | BN4 almost led me to stop playing the series because of having to play through the game multiple times. My favorite version is BN3 Blue, simply because the amount of things to do after beating the game is crazy for a GBA, almost like how Pokemon works. I have Double Team DS and got Falzar recently. It's sad that they are ending it, but I believe they are ending all of the current series(es?) so that they can give full focus to Megaman ZX when it releases.
I think X8 ended the X series, Zero 4 ended the Zero series, and BN6 ends the BN series.

I found 3 to be the best of that group, then 2, then 1, then 4.
My god Four was terrible. It didn't live up to the past MMBN games. Four tried to do so much but I feel that the focus on the dark chips, which obviously fell short of P.A.s didn't serve much of a purpose. I may get 5 for the DS one day, and same goes for 6. Also 6 was said to be the pinnacle of the series but I believe there is a 7 in development.

Double Team DS is pretty good, and since it's both Protoman and Colonel, you get 2 games in one with some DS gimmicks added (some voice acting and a touch screen PET for starters). Not to mention that last I saw it was $20.

Total Tokens: 5,769,327.01 Donate Tokens | Yeah, about that voice acting...you can't turn if off, can you? That's kinda why I haven't just skipped 4, and gone to 5. I don't want to pay $30 for the GBA ver is the DS ver is better, but I don't want the DS ver if Megaman is going to be talking to me the whole time...
Also, here's a fun story. My little brother stupidly bought a used copy of MMBN3W today (I already have White) because he didn't see a price tag on Blue, and thought it would be more expensive. I brought the game back up to the register, and and asked if I could exchange it for Blue, and it turned out Blue was two dollars cheaper. Yup.

They didn't have 2 at the store but i can just look it up on gamestops web site and go to the store to get it. Anyway I like the series a lot and the game is really addicting.

Plus, it's kind of cool having the touch screen PET. Also, if you have a GBA version of a BN game in your GBA slot you'll hear a remixed version of that game's battle music instead of BN5s, which is pretty damn cool, if you ask me.
