Oh my god. As if the megaman series couldn't get any worse, it seems that they implement yet ANOTHER Megaman Battle Network like series.

This game looks like utter shit and looks like it has NOTHING to do with Megaman besides the names.

Look at the 3rd movie download. It gives you more ideas on what the game looks like.

I for one, think this game is going to fail. I remember when Megaman used to be fun.

So do I. I put down ZX about ten minutes ago because I figured I should sleep.

Really, if you like old-school gameplay, just stick to the Zero/ZX titles. Challenging with a side of awesome.

I agree 100%. This game looks like utter crap, and it plays nothing like the original Battle Network games, whose combat system I loved to no end. I'd be much more interested in ZX sequels than ever getting into this series.

I still would like Megaman 9 but if we are putting Rockman and Forte in that spot, I guess that's okay.

As for this game, well, there must be an audience somewhere for it (in no way is that audience me).

I honestly can't understand what everybody is whining about. It seems like a pretty much natural evolution of the battle network series to 3d. Sure, it may not be anything ridiculously special to write home about, but it also isn't anything to whine about, especially before the game has even been released. Also, you have to remember that people made the exact same argument when the original MMBN series came out, which I, for one, found quite fun

I say give it a chance. Anything to improvise on the Battle Network System is okay by me. Megaman's reputation with releasing over a dozen games every few years seems to have made you forget why it was good in the first place.

Well its the fact that the entire megaman series has REALLY gone down the drain.

They've yet to finish the X series, they stopped at Rockman and Forte years ago. Although Megaman Battle Network was a good series.

But of course, I've just been a die hard megaman fan and none of the new games (aside from Megaman ZX) have actually been fun to play.
