Marketplace Rating: 0 | Megaman ZX Though its been out for a week I just barely picked it up.
And the weird part about it is?
I'm actually having fun playing this game. Don't' know why but maybe it's just me, but I actually am liking this game. I've only been playing it for a few hours and I love the story line and the music. I'm not already bored or saddened by the fact that its ANOTHER megaman game.
What do you guys think so far if you have it?

Marketplace Rating: 5 | It has an Easy and Hard difficulty. Easy difficulty is still fairly hard. Hard mode is the regular MMZ impossible.
It's a really good game.

I'm really enjoying it. Like, enjoying it like I enjoyed MMX1 and 2.

I'll pick it up when I get the chance. It does sound fun though.

Megaman X1 and X2 were amazing. Two of the best games in the Megaman franchise, IMO.

I'll pick it up when I get the chance. It does sound fun though. | I got the game for almost nothing. I had a few trade ins that I figured I would get very little for and it covered the entire game and I still have almost 20 bucks credited to my account still.
Also, yeah, I to am glad that I finally have a break from the megaman battle network games.
And one quick question, it seems that Megaman ZX has the same characters from Megaman Zero.
Is megaman zx just a different plotline having almost nothing to do with Megaman Zero? I never played megaman zero 3 and beyond

The two lead characters find these morphing metals that contain remants of past heroes. Yes, it's Mega Man and Zero. When these metals are activated, their powers are active.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | I just bought this today when a friend told me that he was enjoying it to an amazing degree. I hold this friend's opinion in such high regard, in fact, that anytime I do hear a glowing recommendation from him, I act on it ASAP. I spent my lunch fund for the next week (hello upcoming payday) on this game.
I won't miss a single lunch, I shit you not. It's sort of like MMZ plus an actual "hub" system, where you're tasked with jobs by talking to actual people. Pretty decent setup. It does take place post-MMZ universe (actually, from what I've heard, MMZ4 wouldn't have even existed if Capcom didn't need a bridge from MMZ3, the original ending to that series, into their recently announced MMZX), but you can enjoy this without knowing how that all went down. Just be prepared for either a lot of fun (if you use my definition of "fun") or a lot of cursing, if you play Hard.

ZX is essentially Metroid-Man. :P

Marketplace Rating: 1 | That's the only obnoxious thing about ZX in my opinion. LOTS of back tracking and WAAAY too much "I have no fucking clue where Area (whatever) is!!"
Oh well, that's what GameFAQs is for. Glad they have an area map.

I've never been in the speed-run camp, and I try and get every last penny out of my games, so something that'll take me a while, so long as it's not too tedious (and coming from someone who's spent time trying to 100% various portable Namco titles, this is not tedious), is a great investment in my book.
Re-reading that, I think I may have just fallen into the textbook definition of "gaming masochist". Oops.
