Yeah! MB has returned to its origins, with a release of Act Cadenza for PC. And better (or worse, depending on your point of view  ), with all the tweaks and changes from ver.B, with White Len, Neco Arc and Neco Chaos included (apparently I unlocked him, yet I got no idea how to choose him  ).
Been trying it, and so far I like it, since while it has all the new features from Cadenza (including Aoko's remade gameplay and KISHIMA KOUMA), it also has the special effects from ReACT, in special moves and the backgrounds. Yeah! No more BGs that got ruined!
Only details I noticed:
-It has the same modes of MBAC for PS2. So yeah, no story mode.
-Characters got some voices added for events like the dialogues with the sub-boss and boss character. Voices in the winner screen are back, too.
-If your machine supports ReACT, it will run Cadenza without a problem. There's a small loading time, but nothing to worry about.
-Sprites haven't aged well or something, since they look too damned pixelated ^^u Even though I don't remember having a problem with that in ReACT.
-30 colors for all your characters.  Get it if you can and share your impressions.

It's the same thing as Act Cadenza, but with playable White Len, Neco Arc Chaos, one brand new level, three new alternate versions of existing levels, a (vs only) tag mode, a (vs only) team mode, more color schemes for each character, and a new character select screen. | |

Heck, I can't seem to do some stuff Kouma was able to do in the first Cadenza revision. It seems they kinda toned him down for real.
He's still dangerous, though.

Just google Neco Arc Chaos. Apparently he was playable in the PS2 version too, but I was unaware of that. He just looks like Neco Arc, but with black clothing, and a weird face. | |

He also has slightly different moves. Apparently I unlocked him, but I don't know what I have to do at the Char Select screen to choose him :/
EDIT: Nevermind, I found how to choose him. Lemme try this thing to catch the screenie.

Ladies and gentlemen, lemme introduce you Neco Arc CHAOS: 
Beat the game, then press D in the char select screen on Nero to select the cat of lol and darkness.
He has:
-Nerc Arc's BIIIIMU.
-Some of his normals are Nero's, like the air tail attack.
-His teleport makes some Nero shadows appear on screen.
-He can summon random stuff with his 22B attack (he spits some kind of dark fire with 22A).
-His Arc Drive is an entire army of Neco Chaos attacking you running. His powered version (after pressing ABC) summons Neco Chaos, Neros and some of his summons.
It's a pretty fun character ^^ I like Neco Chaos more than Neco Arc.
