Its a great game despite its awefull translation, and the actual points of the storys are amazing. Has anyone else played and beaten it?
The music and art in the game are amazing, (the credits being one of the greatest pieces I have heard in a long time) and most of the bosses are really unique and fun.
Theres a lot of back tracking, but its still up on the list of best Wii games in my book.

I really want to play this since it's done by the same people who did Odin Sphere (VanillaWare).
Ignition is having a Twitter party tomorrow (6-8 EST) where you can win Muramasa stuff, like the game, t-shirts, & such. I'm gonna enter (if I'm home, hopefully) to see if I can win a copy of the game or some merchandise.

the game is nothing really like odin sphere, but its still good. I just wish it had a different company bring it over. Im sick of the cheezy "I gobbled up the girl from the town so im full, but i can make room for a juicy human girl." Crap. the translation is so bad.
They didnt even put forth effort to change the VA, which is probably a good thing.

Bad translation, but the game makes up for it. Shame the storytelling is so disjointed. Still, like Odin Sphere, there's a good story if you can figure it out.

I've been playing it on and off for about two weeks now. Decently far into it with Momohime and just starting with the other kid (name escapes me at the moment). Someone on Gamefaqs informed me you could play as both on the same file so...I decided to switch on and off between them.
I dunno if it's bad translation or just me not liking it, but they talk way too long for it to just be like two short sentences. They have to be cutting a bunch of stuff out.

oh im sure they are. Ignition is a pretty bad company. they were smart to try to get ahold of a game like this that people were waiting for, but as for the gamers, I really wish it had landed in the hands of atlus
