Musou Orochi ( Orochi Warriors )

I'm surprised I haven't heard of this game until recently.

In short, Orochi Warriors is a game that combines characters from Koei's Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors series. In total there's 77 officers to choose from plus two new special characters.

One of the new features is that you don't just choose one character, but three. Yep, you make a team of three officers that you can switch on the fly during battle.

I'm told that the Musou/Story mode is similiar to the faction based progression of Dynasty Warriors 4. However, Free Mode is still available which gives you the choice of using any characters for any stage. Multiplayer is also available, but player 2 is required to have the same three characters as player 1.

The Japanese release was about three months ago and a U.S. release had been planned sometime this year. I purchased it about two days ago from playasia and will be receiving it shortly.

3. Ina

There's one thing I don't understand. I've seen many other Bemanistyle users with Bemani character paraphonilia yet, I seem to be the only one that gets bashed for it. I thought it would go well with the whole Bemani theme.

On topic, I did get the game today. I'm happy that Koei spiced up the gameplay a bit. I've only completed Shu's story mode so far. Unlocking some characters is a bit tough, especially mission specific ones. (I can't read Japanese). My highest level character so far is Yue Ying at Lv. 34.

You're not that clever. If you think I don't know about your brilliant idea to create multiple accounts to do the same shit αρχη does, you're a fucking idiot.

I thought it was a creative stab calling me "Jennifer Lopez". I'm not really sure where he got the idea from, I'm not a chonga or Hispanic in any form. So I don't really have any idea what he was thinking. Creating an alternate account to do so was an entertaining exemplification of "internet passive aggressive" behavior. How much of a coward does someone need to be to insult someone behind a fake screenname. It's the internet, it's not like they're going to find you and burn down your house.

On topic, decent game. Repetitive after a while. I have no interest in unlocking ever character.

In all honesty that wasn't me, it was my good buddy Alex. I told him about the site and that the community has a few bad apples so, I didn't recommend it. I showed him the thread I last posted in and he was shocked. He said, "Oh wow..you really didn't do anything wrong here." Afterwards, he decided to sign up for bemanistyle despite that he doesn't play music games at all. At the time, I really didn't care nor did I know what he was going to do. I have no need for a fake screenname. I said what I had to say before and that was that.

But you know what? I've come to realize quickly that it's not about what you do at bemanistyle, it's who you know. As long as people have "mod-friends" they could get away with murder and blame the victim. I dont believe I have to list a prime example here.

That's an interesting perspective. Considering I have yet to condone Brett's behavior (nor denounce it, mind you) I'm not sure where you're pooling this gross assumption. Just like how I wouldn't pull the trigger on any of my other friends, I won't pull the trigger on Brett. Since other mods like to proclaim they keep a watchful and vindictive eye on these forums, I'll let them handle it. All I can really do is say "Hey bro, lay off, yeah?" If he doesn't, not much I can or will do. If he gets himself, that's his problem. That goes to say since this is seemingly allowed to go on, I either the only one paying seeing this or like myself, everyone else deems it a waste of time.

If I am in fact the only mod witnessing this, well that looks poorly for everyone else sitting by and allowing it. Either way, the outlook is bleak for you since you lack the ability to take anything with a grain of salt.

You sure do whine a lot.
