Barry in Crisis In the Infinite Earths showed me any Flash is so powerful, if he wanted he could beat ANYONE in the DC universe so easily.
He just needs to throw them to the Speed Force dimension and that's the end of the line for anyone... Superman included.
Also, Wally in Justice League Unlimited, beating a mofo guy that NO ONE at the League was able to even touch: Brainiac (not sure if Brainiac alone or Brainiac-Lex, but I know Flash raped him for free).

I gotta admit. The Joker (& after seeing some footage) actually makes me kinda interested in this. But not Street Fighter 4 or Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom interested. More like "well, this may not be so bad after all" interested.
