Pokemon is language-locked, ironically, but not region.
You can't transfer English pokemon to your JP. ver, but you can transfer british pokemon to your english (US) D/P like my friend did, ironically. | |

For one of the rare pokemon you have to talk 2 someone 32 times underground.Someone , can be the same person 32 times.

His information is right, partially; that is the only way to get Spiritomb.
You have to unearth a keystone underground, take the keystone to the well outside Solaceon Town, drop it in, then go to the Underground Sinnoh and talk to 32 people (can be the same, excluding the hikers down there) that are there via local wifi (you can just have one person, surface and resurface 32 times), then go back to the well, and you will fight Spiritomb.
He is Dark/Ghost type, so he is amazing  . | |
