-New forms of Shaymin, Giratina and Regigigas. Shaymin's other form may be part-Ice and Gira/'gigas will have the Levitate ability
-Once more, a gym leader has left their duties. It's Volkner, the 8th Gym Leader.

Oh, and my personal tidbit:
-If past game remakes are a sign of things to come, I bet the game will be even HARDER than Diamond and Pearl.

Site states that the planned US release month is March '09.

I take it that you'll get both Dialga & Palkia in this games like Crystal & Emerald.

Wait a minute, it doesn't seem like they're adding a ton of content at this point. Why so long for the release?

Is it because they have to completely re-localize it, and not just the new content?

actually if the new game can detect hacked pokemon it could reject the trade.

Hoping for this. Anytime you find someone into pokemon worth batteling, they always have fake super stat legendarys.

Clearly they will try and take down this issue with all force and have an online registration system where each Pokémon caught will be given a specific key and cannot be used more than once. Trading will require connection to the Internet to eliminate all fakes.

Then you just generate a Pokemon with the maximum stats and a movelist that's actually possible. I don't see any way that'd be detectable.

See, it'd be great if they could stop it, but there really isn't a mechanism by which it can be done without locking the older games out.

Its not detectable, but those things are actually possible throughout the game. And to use pokesav to that point is almost reasonable considering the amount of time you can put into one thing and not get results. On my Pokemon Diamond save I had almost 240 shinx at one point because I was trying to get one Naughty Female shinx so I could breed up a better luxray than the one I'm using. 240 of the fucking things and I still hadn't gotten one. At that point you could almost justify the use of pokesav just to get the damn thing and get on with training it. I didn't actually end up doing that. A friend of mine was in the room and managed to catch one first shot (bastard!). I ended up breeding his and got the results I wanted. That is reasonable use of Pokesav.

Unreasonable use of Pokesav however, is the Wonder Guard enabled Spirtomb that I got off the GTS. While great to get through areas of the game without any actual effort, using this thing is just unfair.
