The game's out early for some. Here are the new Sinnoh-native PKMN (a.k.a. should show up before Elite 4):

Gligar line
Nosepass line
Ralts line
Lickitung line
Eevee line
Swablu line
Togepi line
Houndour line
Magnemite line
Tangela line
Yanma line
Tropius
Rhyhorn line
Duskull line
Porygon line
Scyther line
Elekid line
Magby line
Swinub line
Absol
Shaymin, Darkrai, and Regigigas are not in the Sinnoh 'dex.
When I mean "line", I mean that series of Pokemon and its evolutions are going to be seen all along the way before the Elite 4. With promises of the game being harder (there's a screenshot of a double battle with a former Gym Leader AND an Elite 4 member for crying out loud), we'll very likely need these guys.
Rotom formes:
Electric/Ghost - Lightning Bolt
Ghost/Ice - Refrigerator, knows Blizzard (Frosslass has this)
Ghost/Water - Washing Machine (unique typing)
Ghost/Flying - Fan, knows Air Slash (Drifloon line has this)
Ghost/Grass - Lawnmower, knows Leaf Storm (unique typing)
Ghost/Fire - Toaster, knows Overheat (unique typing)

Most of the evo lines are thrown in because they recieved new evos in DP, and also because of the lack of Fire types (plus Houndor/Houndoom rules).
I wonder how the Rotom-type fights are going to work between versions, though. | |

Waaaah, there so many of these versions and iterations that I gave up on it.
Heck, I think I even stopped after the last versions on the GB Advance (mainly Crystal and I forgot the other one).
Heck, even the anime series, I gave up on watching it (even before Johto Journeys started).
I just watch it once in a while (mostly whatever is shown on our local Cartoon Network right now...........which is Advanced Challenge)
