Ok I'm thinking about getting one, but I just have a few questions.

I have wireless router, but I'm sharing my router with my family, will this still work or no?

The thing is not wireless. You need an ethernet cable.

The only good thing about the network adapter is holding a hard drive in place so you can play games from it. Otherwise it's useless.
